You're a small brand. Why trust you?

We build in small batches, test on real roads, and back it with a clear warranty (lifetime on the limited run; 5-year on standard), serial numbers, QC documentation, and direct support. We'd rather earn trust than buy it.

Same design as standard—so why is the limited special?

The Palermo Gold adds a numbered edition, premium PVD finish, lifetime warranty, and our new 3d Saddle are included and concierge-level support. Geometry and ride feel match our proven platform.

Is this a race bike?

It can be based on your bike setup but—this is engineered for long days, mixed surfaces, and travel loads. If your rides look like routes, ferries, photo stops, and the occasional storm, you're home.

Where is it made?

Designed in California. Built with our manufacturing partner in Asia—hands-on with our founder during production runs—then QC'd and documented before shipping.

Is this your first production?

No. This is Version 4 (our fourth production). We began prototyping in 2020, started rider testing in 2021, and have run the platform in the Qunafa Travel fleet for 4+ years.

So it isn't just "tested"—people actually used it?

Yes. The frame has been in active service in our travel fleet, not just lab or weekend tests. That's how we tuned comfort, stability under load, and serviceability.

Why only 26 frames in this run?

The Palermo Gold edition is our first public launch for 2026, and we're keeping it to 26 to maintain tight tolerances, founder-level oversight, and a best-in-class build experience. This platform continues beyond the limited drop: a standard run of 101 frames will follow, along with an aluminum version.
