Refund policy

All trips cancelled more than 35 days prior to the start travel date will be returned with a 90% refund of the total purchase price.  Cancellations less than 35 days prior to the start travel date will be refunded for 50% of the total purchase price. However, you may choose to reschedule your trip for another mutually agreeable date with the operator for up to one year. Your purchase price will apply 100% of your total purchase price towards the new booking date.

 

COVID19 TERMS

Qunafa will review all travel restrictions at least 60 days before the date of departure of all international trips. If the trip is not feasible due to a mandatory quarantine, entry ban or other restriction in the international destination, with greater than 45 days until the date of departure, Qunafa will then issue a 100% refund. 

If an international trip is scheduled where a quarantine, entry ban or other restriction is issued within 30 days of the date of departure, Qunafa will then apply a 90% refund or a 100% credit of the traveler’s purchase to be applied towards a future trip. 

If a traveler must cancel the upcoming trip due to exposure to or contraction of Covid-19 within 14 days of the scheduled trip, the traveler must notify the company, in writing. Qunafa will then apply a 90% refund or a 100% credit of the traveler’s purchase to be applied towards a future trip.  

If the traveler cancels the trip, due to personal Covid-19 related reasons, more than 30 days from the date of travel, the traveler will receive a 90% refund or 100% credit.

If the traveler cancels the trip, due to personal Covid-19 related reasons, less than 30 days from the date of travel, the traveler will receive a 50% refund or 100% credit.
